FAQ - Buy Online Pick Up In Store

Our “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” service allows customers to place an order at belk.com and pick it up later that day* from select stores at no additional cost.
1. Choose store pickup on eligible items when placing an order at belk.com
2. Wait for an email confirming your order is ready for pick up. Items are usually ready in up to 4 hours.
3. Bring a photo ID and your confirmation email to the in-store pick up area.
Items available for in-store pick up will be marked as such on belk.com. Enter your ZIP code to check availability.
No, there are no shipping costs.
Each store will have a designated area for “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” orders. There will be signs to guide customers.
Use the In-Store Availability feature on the product detail page to find a participating store. We're adding new In-Store Pickup locations regularly.
As soon as you have received an email confirming your order is ready for pick up.
Orders placed through our “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” service are generally ready in up to 4 hours. Orders placed after 4PM will be available the next business day.

No, unfortunately at this time we do not allow alternate customer pick up. Purchasing customer must be present at the time of pick up.
Orders will be held in the pick up area for up to 10 days. You will receive an email reminder 24 hours prior to your items being returned to inventory.

You will be charged once a store confirms they have your merchandise and it is ready for pick up.
